Our Story

How it all began

Objective OT was established by senior occupational therapist Mateusz Miszczuk to deliver independent, evidence-based functional assessments for personal injury matters.

With almost 15 years of clinical and medico-legal experience—including senior roles in neurosciences, acute stroke, and neurological rehabilitation—Mateusz has prepared hundreds of expert reports for personal injury claims across NSW, Victoria, Canberra, Queensland, and has consulted on NDIS access, planning, and appeals, including appearances before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).

Combining extensive hands-on clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the legal and policy frameworks that guide compensation and disability support, Objective OT is committed to providing objective, fair, and defensible assessments that assist decision-makers in complex medico-legal contexts.
