We work with personal injury lawyers, insurers and other medico‑legal professionals to evaluate function, capacity and care needs after injury or illness. Founded by occupational therapist Mateusz Miszczuk—drawing on senior roles in general and neurological rehabilitation, stroke, and complex and catastrophic injuries, as well as extensive experience in personal injury, insurance claims, and NDIS matters—Objective OT delivers evidence-based, clinically robust opinions that support fair, informed, and defensible outcomes.
