What we provide
Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessments and Reports
​We conduct in‑home assessments to evaluate an individual’s physical, cognitive and psychosocial functioning. This includes assessing their ability to perform self‑care and domestic tasks following an injury and providing a clear, evidence‑based opinion on their reasonable care and support needs.

Desktop Reviews
We provide expert, evidence-based opinions based on a thorough review of existing documentation—ideal for legal, and insurance matters where a direct assessment is not required. Our reports meet medico-legal standards and clearly outline functional capacity, care needs, and any gaps in available evidence.
Expert Witness & Conclave Services
We deliver clear, defensible occupational therapy opinions for the courts, tribunals, and settlement processes. This includes participation in expert conclaves, collaborating with other specialists to identify areas of agreement and disagreement. All opinions are objective, clinically justified, and evidence-based, presented with professionalism and impartiality to assist in informed decision-making.

Consolidate documentation
We begin by receiving a formal referral from the instructing party, along with all relevant documentation including the medical file, accident history, and contextual background.

Client Assessment
This allows us to complete an in-home assessment with a clear understanding of the individual’s circumstances and identify key functional issues that may have influenced their care, rehabilitation, and overall daily functioning to date.
